Go get HP-QTP 10.00 Trail version and install it, make sure you select the .NET addin during the install.
First make a copy of QTPro.exe, so that you can start over if you mess up. Then Get a HexEditor and open QTPro.exe. Go to Offset/location 0013C8A0 you'll see the hex-value "0F85C00000". Change it to "9090909090". Now start QTPro.exe, if the .NET addin says "Not Licensed", click the cancel button at the bottom to shutdown QTPro.exe then immediately start it again. It will be Licensed on the 2nd start and you'll be able to select it.
