I have read the previous posts here and it seems like many people have had trouble with Corel. I too have emailed Corel numerous times and not gotten any response. I had to have my computer rebuilt when it crashed and I can't find my CD. I have Serial# on the package but no software. I emailed them for a new software CD but never received a response. I use Paint Shop Pro Photo for my online business at www.zazzle.com/sharpcreations*
If anyone has any solutions to getting info about this program I would appreciate some help. I bought my program at Best Buy December 2007......and of course.....I hate to buy another program. Ugh!!
I don't understand why Corel is so unhelpful!

Uhhh, if you have the code just go online and download the trial software from Corel. The code will turn it into a bright shiney working copy. |

Before Installation, Please make certain that your Internet connection is offline to prevent
Paint Shop Pro from trying to activate the software automatically online!!
Installation Instructions**
1. Upon setup you will be asked to enter your name, organization, and serial number.
Enter the serial number provided and click next.
2. You will come to the options screen that asks if you want to install yahoo toolbar
desktop icons ect. Choose the options that is best for your installation preferences and
click install.
3. Installation process starts and all files are transferred stored and installed onto your computer.
After installation is completed, depending on your processor speed, it can take anywhere from 5 to
10 minutes. Upon completion you will come up on a screen with 3 options.
1. Show me important information about Paintshop Pro
2. Launch Paint Shop Pro
3. Install yahoo toolbar.
Check or uncheck the options you want. Make sure to leave the Launch paintshop pro unchecked. if you
choose to launch it, the activation screen wont come up until you close out psp and reopen it again.
4. Upon Manually launching psp, the activate screen will come up. click on activate. and go to the
2nd option which says phone corel. put the serial number in and press continue. You will come to a screeen
with the installation code prefilled in. Just in case you dont, use the installation code above.
5. Put activation code in at the bottom and continue should be activated upon putting in the last character.
click continue and choose the option to save serial code to file. You will get the message that psp is now
activated and will be running in full version mode upon starting.
Note** If by chance the serial or install code doesnt work, try removing the dashes from
between each set of characters. you should have no problem but just in case, try that option.
