| Stopping Installation at X%
To my knowlege, any installations will never partially download and then "freeze" due to an invalid serial code. If you try a code and it seems to start installing then the code was correct. Any time it "freezes" during installation is likely due to a dirty or damaged disk. In this case you should try cleaning it. Simply use a few squares of toilet tissue dampened with rubbing alcohol. If this dosn't work, you should probably have your disk resurfaced. Many DVD and Videogame rental stores can do this and normally charge about $5.00. This dosn't only apply to your sims games, it applies to any disk, be it video game, movie, or what have you.

thank you. We tried all of the codes for over an hour, all were installing and stopping at X%. Took out disk and cleaned it. The "Nina" code worked after cleaning! Thanks for the suggestion.... |

K listen people..I need the code for the sims 2 double deluxe we all obviously do.but there's different ones that work.now I have gotten 7 from here.
9ht7-wzxh-dlx5-smdl-87zx is not a code
g9nn-5yhg-7kg6-3fct-mxca works until a message pops up sayn error transferring file

| CRASHING PROBLEM HELPLINE!
Em, if it crashes, that's not the codes fault lol, it's most likely your game files, most games in Program Files crash, eg: Fallout 3.
Re-install the game somewhere else like My Games
Or update Direct X to Direct X 10
Or update your rivers, don't blame the codes, they all work fine. (tested, tried and true)
