OLD OR NEW MOUSE WANT WORK ON COMPAQ PRESARIO 5000
I am having a problem with my mouse. It quit working (the hour glass still works) but the cursor does not move. I have tried three different mouses, (brand new) and none of them work. The last one that I bought today was a V220 Cordless Optical. I was on the phone with Tech support for the V220, for over an hour. Nothing worked. I tried it on another computer (Dell Dimension 2400) and it worked right away. Could there be a problem with my Compaq Presario? Any advice would help. Thanks (-: |

yea it yours comp, is it a USB? or a regular port? if must be the port, it must have broke in side. |
