HP Printer Error
"Parsing error in file C:\Program Files\HP\Digital Imaging\bin\hpqsloc\1033.xml" is the the on screen error message. I tried uninstall and reinstall and contact HP but I haven't receive any help. Anyone got answers? Thanks |

You might need to install an updated parser which is MSXML SP2. Download and run msxml.msi from this link http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=3144B72B-B4F2-46DA-B4B6-C5D7485F2B42&displaylang=en

I am getting the same error message as Mike. If I click on HP solution center. I can't un install the software to try to re install it. I read in another forum that you need to un install before you can download and run an updated parser. Any ideas? |
