there is full ink cartrigdes and it acts like its printing but there is no ink on the paper. i tryed all the printer color tests and ther is still nothing. whats going on? please help me. thanks

Hey all,
My PC crashed and had to get a new hard drive. I miraculously found the original CD that came with the stupid PSC 1210v. After deleting the useless 166+ MB program from HP, I installed the one that came on the cd and works like a charm.
I am so pissed at HP that I am offering myself to send you a copy of the cd upon your request and reimbursement. I calculated that US$5.00 should do it for:
1. My time
2. The blank CD
3. The postage
4. The packaging
