You can download/order drivers at hp.com.
If it won't scan, in Widows 2K/XP go to Device Manager, find the scanner, right-click on it, select Uninstall, then reboot. It should reinstall at bootup.

my printer had been working great,this morning i went to use it and there is no light on. I disconected it from my computer and just plugged it in and it still will not turn on. What could have happened? It is just dead, no lights no sounds of any sort.
