error message

I am unable to burn cd's. I continue to get the error message: "This drive doesn't support audio extraction. I have a Polaroid BurnMax48 C-DR / CD-RW DRIVE.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
