Hi there,
I purchased a used Dell C610 laptop and wish to upgrade the USB port from 1.1 to 2.0. Is this possible? I've read that you can connect to a C Dock/II and use it's USB port, but I'd rather just upgrade the existing port on the laptop if possible.

I just searched ebay and found all kinds of usb upgrades that appear to be compatible with my laptop mentioned above.
