I tried adding the printer by selecting control panel, printer and faxes, add a printer, and then using the wizard but my printer is not on the list of HP printers. Also, I get a message saying the wizard is unable to connect the plug and play printer and it tells me to connect using the LPT1 port but my printer has a USB cable not a cable like the one shown in the picture. Can someone help me? |
