Can anyone out there solve our problem ?
We have managed to load our Lexmark X75 onto a Dell computer with Windows XP.Our problem is we cannot get the printer to print.Each time we try a message is displayed stating "Computer not communicating with printer try disconnecting power leads etc. switch off and reconnect" we have done this many times without success.As neither of us are computer buffs is there anyone out there who can shed some light on where we are going wrong? We have also tried replacing the ink. |
