 | | Debbie Batts on September 29, 2010 | CD/DVD Rom drive door won't stay closed
I accidentally bumped my Dell 110L laptop against my desk and now the cd/dvd rom drive door won't stay closed. Shortly after that I started having boot up problems. I attempted to reinstall windows XP and with 9 minutes remaining in the instalation, everything freezes. What could be causing this? Could this be because the drive door won't stay closed? I attempted to tape the door closed during installation, but it might not be making good connection. Please help |
