please help me i bought a game pre-owned and i can\'t make an online account. It says something like only one account can be made for this CD key. please help me. |

I think that the only solution to this problem would be to purchase a new copy of the game to get a brand new CD-KEY that has not been used previously. If you personally know the person who owned the game before you, you could ask them for their account information and log into the online gaming feature using their user name and password.
