Hi Stephanie,
There does not appear to be a driver available for Windows Vista for the Lexmark Z23 (I just checked the Lexmark website to confirm).
Sometimes the Windows XP drivers will work on Vista, so it might be worth downloading the XP drivers and seeing if that will work.
