I can make call with my sim after registration

This number, 08151732759 cannot make call after registration. Please heeeeeelp check it.

i registerd my sim card 2 days ago but since then i can't make call with the sim card, i can't send message but i received a message from Glo Nigeria notifying me that i have succssfully registered my sim card.
i called 161 no answer, 121 no answer. please help me.
