I have an HP deskjet 2050 all-in-one printer, i successfully installed and updated it. I tried to copy and it worked but when i tried to print it gave me a message that printing has failed and when i tried to scan it gave me "scanner commmunication cannot be established etc,..", knowing that when i plug or unplug the USB cable the computer makes a sound and feels its existance and also i have installed it on another computer and it scans once and didn't do it again. i am so tired and desperate, please someone answer me or at least tell me if it is damaged or not. |
