I just got a new gateway with a dvd/cd rom drive. Whenever I try to play a backup DVD(made with dvd x copy)the movie will play for around 8 min. then the movie will stop playing and the "Send Report" box will come up. I play this same movie in a regular DVD player and it works fine. I tried to update the driver but apparently what I have is up to date. does anyone know why this is happening. thanks. |
