I am a total novice at all of this computer stuff. I don't know the difference between my
CD writer drive a or C . I am assuming a is the upper one and C is the bottom one.When I
use my install disc the wizard says it cannot read it. What am I doing wrong?

the a drive is the one the is slim and you use it to read or save inforamtion a a diskette which is a square thin disc with a silver piece on top. The c drive is the main hard drive which saves all your information. The one that you install software or put in the cd would be d or e drive. If you put a cd in the drive you go to my computer and click on where the cd shows and the software will load. |

I have an HP Deskjet 952C that I bought second hand. When I went to install the printer the 952C is not listed under HP so I went under another printer and am now having a bit of trouble printing. Before the quality wasn't so great but now it takes forever to print. PLEASE HELP! |

i have a hp deskjet952c printer had no problem till now its seems when i turn the printer on it isnot connecting. it seems like it has to be re-installed again and i dont have the disk that came with it. how can i re-install it? i need it to print things and right now im sol with out a printer,i know its not broke i checked the q theres stuff waiting to be printed,but cant get it to print its like its not
communicating when i turn the printer on it doesnt make the printer sound like it usually does when it gets ready to print. can you help?? |

Patti, I don't know if you are checking back here, but you can find the driver at HP's website. Go to www.hp.com, and click SUPPORT & DRIVERS. Search for "Deskjet 952C", and follow the instructions for the download. |
