My computer really doesn't recognise the drivers I'm trying to install. I tried searching the internet for these driver files but have had bad luck finding them. Can anyone please tell me where I can download them?

Dear friends,
my Philips CDRW 1610A does burn CDs and DVDs but it is not playing DVDs recorded by DVD-players.
Do I need a certain driver? I can`t find one.
Can you tell me a link or webside to get one?
