After installing the software with no trouble, my Windows XP program won't recognize my digital camera when it's plugged into the USB port. "Found New Hardware Wizard" message reads "The file 'ptpusd.dll' on Windows driver cabinet is needed."
Canon support contact says I have a missing or damaged cab file. Can this be fixed? |
