My hp psc 1210v will not print. The light is flashing where it say check print cartridge...I did and everything looks fine. I already unplugged, turn off/on, etc. and nothing. It turns on normally, the cartridge moves but the light still flashes. Thanks to anyone that can help! |

I have the same problem with the "check print cartridge" light flashing. I replaced the color print cartridge, and it still is flashing. I don't know what to do next either but would appreciate some HELP!!!!!!!! also. My psc won't do anything but flash this light. Do I need to replace the black cartridge also? or did the color cartridge really need replaced at all? I AM GETTING SO FRUSTRATED! Please, can anyone help me? |

yes you just go onto Hewlett packard website. It will walk you right through locating your model and check your computer system to make sure you have enough room to download. Goodluck :) |

first my scanner would not work then i needed to replace the black ink, i gavent yet replaced it because now its like the stupid thing is stuck and i cant even get to the black ink because it is stick clear over on thee right side, I can hardly get to the color ink, so now I have tried to get it unstuck but i cant get it to do anything and now it wont even power up....any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated! |

Welp...this is the second printer from hp that I have bought and it is shot down now too! The first one was the psc 750. Stupid thing keeps reading scanner failure and won't do a thing! I replaced it with a hp 1210v model that now has the cartridge arm not retracting back far enough on the right side...or jumping on the left to not engage in the slot where it's suppose to rest! I'm at one page printing and need to reset the arm after every page! HP? They are no help. Some support system! I've wasted $400 already and won't be giving Hp anymore business. |

My PC crashed and had to get a new hard drive. I miraculously found the original CD that came with the stupid PSC 1210v. After deleting the useless 166+ MB program from HP, I installed the one that came on the cd and works like a charm.
I am so pissed at HP that I am offering myself to send you a copy of the cd upon your request and reimbursement. I calculated that US$5.00 should do it for:
1. My time
2. The blank CD
3. The postage
4. The packaging
