I have a PC, Celeron 266, 64 MB RAM, 40 GB HDD with HP 8200 CD writer. I also have Pinnacle Studio MP10 to convert Video Cassettes to VCD. I am running CDQuadrat WinonCd 3.7 Power Edition to burn VCD’s Adaptec Easy CD Creator is also installed which came bundled with the writer. My problem is when ever I insert a blank CD the writing speed automatically goes to 2x, instead of default 4x. Writer shows that the CD is burned successfully, but on reading the disc, the red LED flashes and the disc cannot be read. Sometimes the burner gives an error 00000200:72483000, incompatible medium installed. Please help me and give me solution to my problem, it is very very urgent.
