try this:
Right click My Computer. Click Manage. Click Device Manage. Expand DVD/CD-ROM Drives. Right click on your drive. Click Uninstall. Click OK. Click Actions. Click Scan For Hardware Changes. It will automatically install refreshed drivers. If not try downloading this.
