My cd burner, record now, was working fine. suddenly it refuses to recognize that there is a cd in the drive. The same drive works fine with the dvd recorder. |

To Whom This may Concern,
My cd burner suddenly stopped working and refuses to recognize that there is a cd in the drive. Is there a way I can correct this without crashing my computer?
