I have had my Dell laptop for a few years; have returned it twice because from the get go I do not have sound. At first it was sporadic, but over that last year absolutely no sound. I have checked volume indicator...by going to control panel & choosing Sounds & Audio...the screen is grey and does not allow me to move the the sound arrow to "high". Could this be an aol installation problem or my sound card or what?!! Really would like to solve this! Thanks!! |
