All of a sudden I am unable to play video clips stored as data on a CD-R. I've done it many times before and never had a problem until now. I am using HP RecordNow 3.1 which came on my PC (HP Pavilion 980XA)
The CD will burn, but when I try to view the video clip (Winamp, WMP, VLC) the CD-ROM light goes from green to yellow and the media play freezes up. I did a diagnostic test and no problem was found with the device. What else can I do? |
