Just did a Quick Restore on my Presario 5000 (OS Win ME) and the DVD drive didn't come back up. I checked the properties and it lists the Compaq DVE-ROM DV-5000B but I don't think the software (decoder) is restored. Have any ideas how to fix this or is there a decoder download (and maybe update). Again, running Win ME and the only thing I can find is XP downloads.
