hi,
i really need help...
i was watching a movie when my neo laptop's cd/dvd drive stopped working... my cd/dvd drive's icon in the My Compter disappeared so i checked it in device manager but sad to say it isn't there too...
what should i do???
help me please...

restart u'r computer in safe mode, from device manager delete all cd/dvd drives and restart.
this solved my problem.
