I have a little IBM Thinkpad 240 and it crashed ages ago and now I am trying to fix the thing. It doesn't have an internal CDRW but I have got a USB one. Once I have went through putting the 6 boot disks in it doesn't see the usb CDRW...its driving me nuts cos I can't reinstall my XP. Does anyone have a solution to this.
When I boot up the machine it just says NTLDR is missing press ctrl+alt+del to restart and thats it! I can't do anything else with it.
Please can someone keep my sanity intact????
