I recently bought a SONY CD-R/RW CRX210A1.
and I have some problems with installing it. At the beginning my computer wouldn't recognize it even though I had connected everything correctly. After re-opening my computer I pushed the IDE cable around a little and finally my computer recognized it and a new driver appeared. But now when I insert a cd in to it, it tries to read it as an audio cd eventhough I insert a data-cd. And B's gold the writting software doesn't recognize my driver and displays a "no driver connected" message, even though it appears on my computer. Any comments or help? Please!I'm getting frustrated! |

I am having many problems wiht mine as well. I installed it in a first computer and it was the hardest thing i have ever done. It would not acknowldge CDs half the time. I am installing it in a second computer, and it will not accept any drivers. Stay away from this product! |

My sony works but the software will not install I get the message Unhandled Exception error # ox80070725 Description incompatable version of the RPC stub I have a differant software that works but I rather use the gold |

i got the same sony-RW CRX210A1.. by mine does not spin at a constant speed.. keeps on spinning fast and slow.. it doesn't read properly.. and after burning.. the data side of the CD looks wavy, although nero says the burn process was successful.. the cd's are ful of errors.. plzz help me out... thanx. |
