On my new laptop with windows vista home basic, I find that my printer no longer responds. The driver has been installed from disc, the printer is connected by USB and the computer seems to recognise that it is there but when you go to print nothinmg happens and the print file is not queued. Is this a Vista problem and if so how do I overcomw it. |
