Free download and instructions for installing the Dell 1600n Monochrome Laser All-in-one Printer Driver for Windows XP, Windows XP 64-bit, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Vista 64-bit, Windows 7 64-bit, Windows 2000. For those who have lost the installation CD.
To install the Dell 1600n Monochrome Laser All-in-one Printer driver, download the version of the driver that corresponds to your operating system
by clicking on the appropriate link above. A window should then show up asking you where you would like to save the file. Save the driver file somewhere
on your computer where you will be easily able to find it, such as your desktop. Then follow the instructions below corresponding to the file type that you
downloaded
Go to the location where you saved the file and double click on the file. Then simply follow the on-screen instructions for installing the driver.

1600n and Windows 10
Just bought a new desktop preloaded with Windows 10. Does not see my 1600n as a printer, but sees it as another device. Is there a Windows 10 driver for the 1600n, or does one of these older drivers work?
My old desktop was Windows 7. 1600n worked fine. When I upgraded it to Windows 10, 1600n worked fine. Now with the preloaded Windows 10, it does not see it as a printer. Tried it with my new laptop with pre-loaded Windows 10. Same issue. Any help appreciated. Thanks. |

| I need the Utilities Cd to get the scanner portion of the MFP1600n to work. No luck with Dell Please help as the scanner was the main reason I bought the printer. Was told to just download from Dell Glad to pay if I could find where to buy it. |
