Software sucks - it has the most un-user friendly and un-inituitive software. You either have wired or wireless, you cannot have both. Have to manually set to wire or wireless if you have different computers that uses the printer. Always default to fax, as if homeusers want to fax all the time. When scanning, it cannot remember the last setting and you have to go through the same sequence over and over again for each page you scan.
