Myeong on February 28, 2012 | help neeedd with vista please?i just got windows vista home premium (32 bit) and i have an hp f335 deskjet all in one printer, i went to the hp website, and downloaded the drivers and installed them and everything but it still wont work, it keeps saying device not configured properly, drivers missing. and when i tried to install picasa 3 from google it wont let me do it, it keep saying the current user isn't allowed to install or update applications but i installed everything else (virus programs, java, quick-time etc) its only that one, its so annoying, i really need help, also i made a mistake and installed some bull that makes the sound come out of the computer instead of the speakers (i didn't know what it was) how do i undo this if possible, i am using an administrators account, i cannot figure out whats wrong and i would hate to have to buy a new printer only for it not to work either, help please?!TJ useless, i have no idea how to reinstall windows, and thanks for the useless bit about windows 7 too late now |
