I am running a fairly good computer (originally Windows 7 and now Windows 8)with lots of ram (16 GB) however I continually get errors that my Lexmark Pro715 is not connected to the computer when it is via USB. Also many times when I try to scan something it says it can't find the scanner. This has been very frustrating to say the least. I hope downloading and re-installing the software will help. |
