First download this utility, "HS2.0_Utility_LFormat".
then insert the stick into USB slot (make sure no other USB stick is
inserted.)
a window will pop-up saying windows needs to format your disk
Don't Close It
Go to the software you downloaded and run the .bat file,
Please wait until LED stops flashing,
then download a format tool called "HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool"
Format the Drive and you are done.
