I have just loaded windows xp on my computer,my cdrw driver will not load onto my computer.my writer is an external Qtech CDRW, i have been searching the internet for a driver without any luck yet ,has any one got any ideas as to where i can get one thanks |

QTech CDRW drivers.....hmmm
just fixing my pals right now
couldnt find a new driver and the old disk wouldnt work
looked in the old drivers .ini and .txt files
found a company called scm microsytems.com
they deal with the folk who make the cdrw who deal with qtech who deal with the shops who deal with you
goto www.scmmicro.com and goto the download section and if its a parallel port cdrw then select ppatapi drivers hen choose your os
this should help

I bought a Sony CRX175E2 today and I followed the instructions given in the manual to install. Finally when I installed the burner software, it simply doesnot recognize my CD-writer. I guess, I need a driver software for the writer to work. Can any one help me getting one? |

when i copy a cd it takes me about 30 min.
with my old cdrw 8x4x32 copies a cd in 10 min.

Bily is quite correct I'm thinking. Everybody should try maybe www.google.com or www.lge.com for a start, instead of asking everybody else to find them. If they exist, they'll be out there somewhere, it's just a matter of "looking". I know it's a hard concept to grasp for some people. |

I just reinstall my pc with win98se.. my pc took for granted my burner for a cdrom.. now... i want to have a win98se driver for gce-8240b burner please i've tried those at www.cdrom-driver.com.. still did not work.. i went and tried many in dos mode.. still didn't work.. please help me !!!
