Hi Mike,
If you are running Windows XP or Windows 2000, download the following driver for the Dell A920 Personal All-in-One printer:
Dell A920 Windows XP and Windows 2000 Printer Driver
If you are using Windows Vista:
Dell A920 Windows Vista Printer Driver
Just download the right driver above and save it somewhere where you can find it like on your desktop. Then go there and double click on the file to begin the installation process.

Hi Tony,
To install the Dell A920 printer if you have lost the disc, just download the driver that corresponds to the operating system you are running. I posted links to these drivers in the message just before yours. Just click the correct link and save the driver somewhere on your computer. Then install that driver by double clicking on it.

I have downloaded the driver software, and the print function is working, but it will not copy or scan. When the copy/scan buttons are pushed, the printer does nothing as though no buttons were pushed. I do not have the original cd that came with my printer. What do I do? |

Hi gr,
There is no Macintosh printer driver available for the Dell A920 printer on Dell's website. This is probably because Dell mainly sells its printers either with its computers or to those who have purchased its computers. Since Dell is not in the business of building Mac computers (only Apple is allowed to do so), they probably see no reason to write a Mac compatible driver for their A920 printer.
