For those who have lost the installation CD.
To install the HP Officejet 7000 E809a Wide Format Printer driver, download the version of the driver that corresponds to your operating system
by clicking on the appropriate link above. A window should then show up asking you where you would like to save the file. Save the driver file somewhere
on your computer where you will be easily able to find it, such as your desktop. Then follow the instructions below corresponding to the file type that you
downloaded
Go to the location where you saved the file and double click on the file. Then simply follow the on-screen instructions for installing the driver.

For those trying to install this on windows 7 here is what you do to get it to work.
Right click on the setup (if on CD open the CD and right click on setup)
go properties
go to the "compatibility" tap.
Set it to run in windows vista mode and make sure to check the "Rune as Administrator" box.
It should work after you do this, good luck. |
